Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Pauta, a service provided by AlencarWS. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

Pauta creates social media content with the help of artificial intelligence and publishes it to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect, on the days and times you set.

2. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the content published on your accounts, including content approved automatically.
• Review prices, conditions, dates and information before approving — AI can make mistakes.
• Only upload images and brands you have the right to use.
• Comply with Meta’s terms and applicable law, including consumer protection and advertising rules in your country.

3. Plans, trial and billing

• The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 3 posts, with no card required.
• Plans are monthly and billed on a recurring basis by Stripe, in US dollars or euros. Taxes may apply depending on your country.
• Unused posts and new versions do not carry over to the next month.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

4. Availability

We rely on third-party services (Meta, AI providers, Stripe). Failures or changes in these services may affect publishing; we will always let you know when a post is not published.

5. Ownership

The content generated for your brand is yours. The platform, the Pauta brand and the templates belong to AlencarWS.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law, with notice whenever possible.
