Data deletion

You can ask us to delete all your Pauta data at any time, in two ways:

In the app (immediate)

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Settings → Delete account, type the confirmation word and confirm.
• We delete your account, your brand, posts, images and connections, and cancel your subscription.

By email

Send a request to comercial@alencarws.com.br from the email address on your account. We confirm the deletion within 15 days.

Data received from Facebook and Instagram

When you delete your account, we also remove the connections to Facebook and Instagram and the data obtained through them. You can also remove Pauta’s access in Facebook → Settings → Business integrations.

Posts already published on your accounts stay there — remove them directly on Instagram or Facebook if you wish.
