Do I need design skills or any software?+
No. You just approve what Pauta creates. If you want, you can edit the text or ask for another version of the graphic.
Can I use my own photos?+
Yes. In “My photos” you upload photos of your business: the AI analyzes each one, improves light and color, writes the caption with hashtags and builds the posts for the week. You can keep the original or ask for another enhancement.
Can I upload videos I shot on my phone?+
Yes. In “My photos and videos” you upload videos from 3 s to 3 min: the AI watches, picks the best part, makes it vertical for Reels, fixes light, color, shake and sound — without changing anything you filmed — and writes the caption. Your videos become the week’s Reels and go through your approval.
Does the AI change my product in the photos?+
No. The enhancement keeps products, people and details identical — it only improves the photo quality. An automatic check compares it with the original; if anything changes, Pauta uses a simple adjustment that never alters the content.
What if I run out of photos?+
Pauta lets you know two days ahead and you choose: upload new photos or let the AI create the image in the same style as yours.
Can I mix my photos with AI graphics?+
Yes, on the Professional and Premium plans. In Brand, choose “AI + Brand Media” and how much of the week uses your photos and videos: 25%, 50% or 75%. The AI creates the rest and, if an approved photo is missing, creates that post in your style — so your week never stalls.
Does Pauta also post Stories?+
Yes. On the Professional and Premium plans, each feed post can get a promo Story with its own graphic and a “New post on our profile” call-out, published 1 hour after the post. You choose twice a week (the AI picks the best posts) or every day with a post. It’s approved together with the post and doesn’t use credits.
Can I ask to change just one detail of the image?+
Yes. In “New version”, choose “Adjust this image” and write what to change — lighter background, remove an object, product closer. The AI keeps the same image and changes only what you asked. If you prefer, you can also create a brand-new image.
Will my graphics look like other brands’?+
No. Each graphic is created with your logo, your colors and your style. Reference accounts are only used as inspiration.
Does Pauta also make Reels videos?+
Yes. Pauta turns your post photos into Reels with motion, your text and music — or, with AI video, the scene truly comes to life. You can also schedule videos you filmed yourself.
Can I schedule posts I created myself?+
Yes. Photos, carousels and videos you already have go on the same calendar, with an AI-suggested caption if you like, and they don’t use plan credits.
